What does the Aura say about us? Cliff's Question...

Our aura can tell us about the state of our general health and vitality.

The human aura is electromagnetic and radiates from our body. Though there are varying shades, the common colours are red, blue, green, yellow, orange, green, violet and white. These colours mean different things to different people...these are just a guideline on how they may work for you.

Our aura can change at any given moment and is influenced by factors such as our energy levels, moods and emotions. You have heard of the expression, ‘boss has been showing up a black face all day!’.

I was taught to see the aura in my study of metaphysics years ago. With practice, you can learn to see them, hear them, or just know what the aura appears like. It works differently for each person.

All living things have auras...i used to practice on african violets and trees... :)

There are many levels to the Aura, and they can be read seperately, or together. It takes practice. :)
Remember that the Aura is energy and changes as we change. Use your intuition and practice. Auras can appear thicker, more dense, lighter, and sometimes have holes in them.

Physical Aura

Closest to the body is the physical aura. It represents the body’s physical growth, strengths and weaknesses, physical sensations,pleasant and unpleasant. This band is very strong in athletes, people who are in touch with themselves- enjoy life’s pleasures like food, comfort , sex, etc.
Have you ever felt uncomfortable in the presence of a certain person? You enter a room, you have this sense that something is wrong? You can feel this energy force in a room full of people, where varying energies, positive and negative are being intercharged.

Mental and Emotional Aura

Moving away from the body is the second layer. This reflects the person’s emotional moods and mental feelings, about how one feels about oneself.Any block in this area slows down the flow of energy. This part of the aura is changeable and fluctuates through the day, depending on the mental and emotional stimulations.

Spiritual Aura

This part of the aura reflects the energy of the spirit and its development. The color on this level is most distant. Mental sluggishness shows in this area. Negative thoughts accumulated over time shows in this area.It is believed that yellow is predominant in this area.

I will in the next series of blogs talk about some of the questions that people ask me on a regular basis..would love to hear your thoughts...please feel free to leave comments and start discussions on facebook...or on the comment section of this blog page. :) There is so much wisdom and so many paths...We would be foolish to think that any ONE way is the right way. (there is no right or wrong...it is what it is...)

Are there spirit guides around me?

Yes...you have an inner band of 6 guides and Guardian Angel..we all do. Other guides come and go as required or needed.

We choose these guides, as we do our parents and our life's journey/purpose on the planet.

Sometimes we feel them, see them, hear them or just know that they are there...

How ever it works for you. We are all different in our abilities to see, hear, and know.

Some of us just have that “sixth sense” about us. Not any one “gift” is better than another...it is the development that matters... :)

I encourage each and everyone of you to do this...through expansion classes, meditations, etc....

I am I am I am

I remember when I was first actively seeking the inner peace and the quietness of the mind. I was about 20 years old and was looking to find answers. A very wise woman named Beth came across my path (or I should say, I came across her path...), through many recommendations of friends with common interests. I made an appointment to sit with her she was amazingly accurate in what she told me. When I started to ask questions about my guides and about many of the things that I had seen, felt, heard.... she told me to come back in 6 months with the answers that I had discovered. I was very upset, distraught, doubtful and angry that I was not given the answers.

Looking back. it was a time for me to expand and fully come into the journey of awareness that would bring me to where I am today and the evolution of the “work” that I do. Such development was required and I am thankful that she did not give me all the "answers"..for I would not be on the path that I am today!!!

When I attended Beth's meditation classes, she kept saying “I am, I am, I AM!”.

At the time, I never really thought to much about it, but coming into the awareness of where we are today as a consciousness that statement is more profound every time that I hear or say it.

I am love

I am loved

I am peace

I am happiness

I am worthy

I am safe

I am __________ (fill in the blank....)

Being in the “I am” means to be in your MOMENT...all these things are so simple and intertwined, yet we try to complicate and separate all of these things...we are all energy...we are all connected...we are all “I am”. We can be all these things....

We are Indigos

We are judged by medical and educational personnel as having "abnormal" speaking patterns. The number of diagnoses for autism is at a record high. We function as a group consciousness rather than as individuals.

Have you, in your three-piece psychology and 1950's techno brain, ever take a look behind the eyes of an Indigo? Our eyes, large, penetrating, and wise beyond our years. Our eyes lock on and hypnotize you.

We are often mislabeled with psychiatric diagnoses of Attention Deficit with Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD).

When we are medicated, we often lose our sensitivity, spiritual gifts and warrior energy..... We may have tantrums occasionally, but we are largely forgiving. ADHD should stand for Attention Dialed into a Higher Dimension not labels of dysfunction.

We seek knowledge. We exist without skin color, without nationality, without gender bias... and you call us dysfunctional.

You build atomic bombs, you wage wars, you murder, cheat, and lie to us and try to make us believe it's for our own good, yet we are dysfunctional.

I am an Indigo, enter my world...

Ours is a world that begins with school... we are smarter than kids in previous generations; this crap they teach us bores us...We are cable ready for the internet and it's power.

We’ve been spoon-fed baby food at school when we hungered for steak... the bits of meat that you did let slip through were pre-chewed and tasteless. Our life is bubble wrapped with helmets, knee pads, and safety warnings. We have been dominated by sadists, or ignored by the apathetic. Your materialism offends us.

We are connecting now. We understand Multi-Dimensional Consciousness.

We are born onto the Indigo Soul Ray of Incarnation and Evolution. We access the Fourth and Fifth Dimensions of Consciousness.

This is our world now... the world of the Indigo children, born onto the Indigo Soul Ray of Incarnation and Evolution. We have access to the gifts of clairvoyance and healing. We are able to access the Fourth and Fifth Dimensions of Consciousness. We have no time or need for things such as fear and victim dramas. The first time that I saw this picture was when we were heading north for our annual trip to North Bay. We always used to stop at a Trading post...and this picture was mounted to the wall....I think I was maybe 7 at the time. I remember being filled with great emotion, and I am thinking that it was a deep sadness that people would not recognize the harm to our planet, Mother Earth.
This summer, I had the privelege of seeing this picture again, as we were heading North at a beautiful little shop (seeing a trend here...LOL)...The Circling Hawk Centre..(you MUST take a peek...the link is on my site). The second that I saw it..it brought tears to my eyes, memories and emotions that I felt from when I was 7 flooded to the surface. It's funny how a simple memory can bring emotions to the present, to be looked at, acknowledged and released. It stood as the perfect reminder that we, as a collective, are now coming to the realization that is NOW HAPPENING. Did i know that this was going to happen at the age of 7? Most likely. I think that all children have a *knowing* of the things to come.
Having Avia, and knowing that Mother Earth is now taking the time to rebuild herself, I am looking forward to the future, for I know that there are great things that are coming! There is a part of me, like that 7 year old that is also saddened by the toll the human population has taken upon her...she has been very forgiving until now.
Whatever the future brings, I say Thank you.

Trust, Respect, Faith, Compassion, Happiness and Unconditional Love is my wish for everyone on their journey!

Avia has arrived!!!

Thank you to all for your prayers and Love...it was heard, and we are home...finally!

There were so many things that happened...and would love to share with you!!

I went into labour at the Tuesday workshop..and arrived at the hospital Wed morning with contractions being 2-3 minutes apart....everything went well....until they broke my water Wed evening...everything came to a screeching halt.They started to induce me late Wed night...and finally Avia arrived at 4:58 am on Jan 21st....she held on long enuff to be an Aquarian!!! LOL

Her blood sugars were almost non existant, and because she was 4 weeks early, they had to put in an IV and hooked her up to monitors and had to do hourly blood sugar testing...She was coming along well..things were stabalizing, and then they found her bilirubin scores high..(jaundice) and once again she was placed in an isolet and we were not allowed to return home...

After several difficult hurdles, we were allowed to come home together...and i know that is from Divine source...the room was flooded with angels and light..we are truly blessed and thankful to have you ALL in our lives...

She is sleeping here beside me...and I cannot imagine my life without her....so much unconditional love, in a perfect little being. I have fallen in love all over again..there is no greater feeling!

Thanks to all her Aunties and Uncles..and her big sister...and her big brother...the doctors and nurses..and all the guides and angels to bring such a beautiful spirit into the world. Thank you to this wonderful Network and Community...to you all I say from the bottom of my heart...Thank YOU thank YOU thank YOU!!

I will be holding the meditation classes and the workshops as planned and you will be able to meet Avia...What a wonderful year lies ahead!

2010 - New Life...New Beginnings!!

This morning I woke up to a crisp, bright winter morning... what a great blessing...
It's like a brand new clean slate. I have been doing alot of meditating and reflecting these past few weeks...taking it all in..creating the long over due balance in my life...the Universe is a kind and compassionate place...unconditional Love and Happiness awaits us all....if we just allow!
There are so many positive changes already underway in January this year...
The Intuitive Development Workshop, the gathering of people and community to support each other in the awareness and awakening on the planet...I am so excited to be hosting this event...people are excited to find *like mindeds* in the community...to be a part of this, is an amazing feeling...I am in awe....
The Spirituality Expo...gathering like minds and inviting EVERYONE to come and find what resonates with you...
All these venues are opening up...and there is a *safe* place...to network and gather...and connect....Does it get any better than that really? for us to all be on the same page? :)
New Moon-New Beginnings Sweat Lodges- WOW bringing like minds and spirits of all cultures...Bringing the true sense of community to the fore front...with unconditional love, respect and blessings! I am so blessed and honoured!
I have been blessed with a beautiful child that is about to come onto the planet....alot of reflection there :) lol
Sitting with this great honour to be chosen...knowing that all is in divine order...somehow brings peace into my life. Years ago this would have been *devestating* or *chaotic*. Being part of a *community* of love, compassion, understanding, laughter, and happiness is an amazing thing....we are truly blessed and loved. It does not get any better than that!
I look forward to 2010, and already know that it will be an amazing year...a year of great evolution, of great Love, of great happiness....

Tiger Woods first Sponsor Cut

I was reading about how a company cut his sponsorship.
I am not a golfer, I only know Tiger Woods from pictures, have never watched a golf game in my life....
But this really bothers me....

**Accenture’s advertising campaign was almost entirely built around Woods and his success, portraying his ability to sink a key putt or hit out of the rough.** and .” The move ends a six-year relationship during which the firm credited its “Go on, be a Tiger” campaign with boosting its image significantly. Accenture has used Woods to personify its claimed attributes of integrity and high performance."

-- I guess the question is...How good is the company, if they have to advertise it on someone elses abilities?
Did Tiger Woods have to sign a contrat saying that he would have to be the perfect human being ??
So much finger pointing..... how many people in the company have done the same things? Are they still employed... ? Big business...I just dont get it....its all about the bottom line...$$$$ Pull the rug out when he needs it the most....where is the compassion? **sigh**
I guess that company must be built in a glass house....I hope that no one has any stones?
