Thursday evenings for three weeks.

7pm –10pm

This class is to expand and incorporate metaphysical aspects of meditation, getting to know your guides and work with them on a continued basis. It is important for us to know how our guides and angels feel when they are with us in day to day living.

We can use all our senses to communicate with them in our awake moments, not just in meditation and dream time.

There will be new information at some of these classes for those that have attended previous classes. The universal awareness is always expanding!

Class is limited to 5 people.

Weekly Guided Meditation Classes

Please join us for guided meditation classes every Wednesday at 7:00 pm.

Become aware of the inner you. Create peace and harmony in your life. I believe that all people should have access to meditation and the venue to learn.

Different meditative disciplines encompass a wide range of spiritual  practices which may emphasize different goals—from achievement of a higher state of consciousness, to greater focus, creativity or self-awareness, or simply a more relaxed and peaceful frame of mind.

During these meditation classes, I encourage *journeying* in a safe way and we encourage sharing of our meditations afterward. This lends us a better understanding so that meditation can be done at home.

There is no set number of classes, and there are all levels of meditators in each of the classes. Everyone who wants to learn is very much welcome

I bring in various facilitators that let you experience the different types of meditation such as past life mediation, Zen meditation, native ceremony/meditation, etc. Meditating is actually easier than you might imagine. Many of us have dabbled in meditation by participating in conscious relaxation. We start by paying attention to our breathing. The practical effort to focus completely on our breathing takes our minds away from the "mind clutter". With practice we can learn to bring ourselves to a time of calm easily.
